1. Course Enrollment
- By enrolling in any of the courses offered by Impress Space Academy, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please note that you may only do so without penalty up to 7 days prior to the course start date. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel after the 7-day period or after the course has commenced, you will not be eligible for a refund. Impress Space Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and offered a full refund or alternative arrangements.

- Course content and materials are provided solely for personal use and are not intended for commercial purposes.
- You may access course materials through our online platform or through our designated instructors during scheduled sessions.

- All intellectual property rights in the course materials and content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video, remain the property of Impress Space Academy.
- You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or display the course materials or content without prior written permission from Impress Space Academy.
5. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment for course(s) is due in full prior to course start.
- Impress Space Academy accepts cash, card and online transactions as forms of payment.

- Impress Space Academy warrants that it has taken reasonable care in preparing and presenting the course materials and content.
- However, Impress Space Academy does not guarantee that the courses will meet your specific needs or expectations.
